The right two made it to the final two, not much more can be said. The only two major things I disliked were the a) the four giant black leather chairs (I agreed with the judges on this one. Wondered why they just didn't do two leather couches instead?) b) I disliked the floor Tracee chose. Thought it looked real dark. I was also unimpressed with the carpenter. Didn't they screen these guys? I can't help but wonder if he got help from someone else, because those first few rows looked like shit.
Ooh, keeping all three. How shocking! Not. *rolls eyes*
mlleelizabeth, I'm totally with you on the set up for the Adam win. This ep was so edited in his favor, it was nuts! I'm glad that he finally cooked good food, but a little more variety than all smoked might have been nice. Totally unimpressed with Lisa. How do you not notice your pork burning sooner? Was no one paying attention to that oven? I'm also curious as to why Lisa was keeping the monkfish on the bottom, why not in the cart or at least the cart's basket? While I'm guessing it's to avoid cross contamination, I'm sure she could have fund a couple of meat bags to wrap them up in. You don't take such a risk with your main protein! Aaron's buffet was lame, it just was. Six hours was more than enough time to do something different and he just blew it.
IMHO, it just kind of reinforces that personality > cooking. Top Chef contestants could have ran laps around them.
As far as the commercials go, Adam was the only one who seemed comfy. I'm glad that Bobby still questions his cooking skills though.
Don't really care who wins, none of the three truly impress me.
Also, as a total aside: it's fine to be annoyed with me. It's also fine to tell me, instead of making vague post on own journal.
